The package arrived quickly and came with 1 screwdriver, providing to allow the opening of the battery access door and the controller door. The wheels are rather flexible which allows to absorb shocks. I was impressed on its performance on the road. It flips so fast and rotates very quickly. Controller is smaller than I thought, but feels very comfortable and the size is perfect for little kids. Easy to handle and possible to get around all obstacles and never stop.
