I was really surprised at how sharp all this was right out of the box! I figured I would have to sharpen it before I needed to use some of the pieces but no, they are great right out of the box. The headlight was also brighter than I thought it would be and my son already stole it on me. He also figured out the firestarter quickly too. Overall, very pleased with this and glad I got it!
