Missleading only one ear bud

I'm really dissapointed. first I waited maybe 3 weeks for it to be delivered. Then once I get it it's just one ear bud.
I re-looked at the amazon item. adn the description. It's not till you get to the fine print that it says one earbud.
Here is the item on Amazon. all the pictures show two ear buds. BUT beware. Only one is sent
The single earbud looks great. I will test it out. But just one earbud is useless for my purpose.
And now when you scroll down to the detail it does say one ear bud... but it's quite misleading.
They need to remove the double earbuds from the pictures and they need to put in bold ONLY ONE EARBUD.
