This wrist ball spinner has an automatic start, which I didn't find out until playing with it for about a half an hour. There is a learning curve to using this, but it is lots of fun when you get the hang of it. I can use it with my right hand, but my left is not coordinated enough yet. This is good for strength building in the wrists and arms. It's quite an amazing little machine that lights up when your doing it right.
