This is a really fun, effective, addition to your workout. I was using a regular stretch band & didn't realize how limited I was until I now. There are so many amazing ways to use this band. It's fun to use and noticably effective pretty quickly. Protect is as described. Comes with instructions that show several great ways to use it. Absolutely recommend!
