ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. I spent 4 hours just trying to figure out how to set the time and how to charge it the instructions don't even show pictures relevant to the watch itself. The watch does nothing it claims to do and the instructions are so vague you can't rely on them at all. I'm very very technologically inclined, this product is just garbage.
