This wearable ice pack gel cap by #Swaker really helps with migraines.  It really helped me relieve tension headaches as well as my cluster migraines that came up one on top of another .

I thought this might be too heavy to wear but it was actually very comfortable.  At $19.99 it's a bot pricey but since it worked extremely fast at giving me relief the cost was justified.
