Item Never Received

This is another item I never received and that seems to be a problem with some of the items I have purchased. I contacted Amazon and they are saying it was delivered to me and there's nothing they can do but the item was not delivered to me so therefore I cannot possibly review it accurately but I did have to write some type of review so that it does not affect my Viralix rating. If the seller would like to contact me or send a replacement item, I do not mind actually reviewing the product with a factual review.
