I suffer from migraines and when they hit my eyes become very sensitive,  at times I use cold eye mask and at times I use sleep mask to block the light. I recently tried disposible steam eye mask that feel amazing so I was so happy  i found this set. They are so soft and comfortable and most of all reusable, perfect for the days of migraines but a must when traveling as well.
