We eat a lot of eggs at our house so I usually make a bunch of hard boiled eggs for lunches and snacks. I like to make them in my electric pressure cooker because the eggs come out cooked perfectly and they are a breeze to peel when cooked this way, The rack is stainless steel and dishwasher safe. It will hold up to 14 eggs and the racks are stackable.
