After finding a hose to fit securely on it, I got it to work. This does not come with a hose so you have to find one. They are pretty universal however a couple hose kept leaking. The product is pretty light and feels really cheaply. The button helps when washing my daughters hair because she feels she has a better handle on washing her hair using the button to have less force of the water coming out. The 3 settings are awesome on it. It doesn't feel like it will hold up but so far so good.
