I have been hesitant to try any at home technological method of toning my body, as I am a believer in old school hard work. I was pleasantly surprised after taking the plunge and purchasing the ‘Abs Stimulator’. You simply stick it on your body, turn it on, and, through electro-magnetic sensors, you can really feel the pull! The device allows you to increase up to several different levels. I was feeling it work anywhere from level 8-10. It would depend on what you are trying to accomplish and how strong your threshold is. I would definitely recommend this product!
