not enough diamonds to finish picture

The canvas painting is beautiful, the problem is there are not enough drills to complete. I had to contact the seller to try to order extra drills to complete the picture. I also found that the colors of the diamonds are off compared to the picture. I just began to work on this picture and am not off to a good start with it. I find the print on the picture is blurry and I am struggling to see the symbols in some of the darker squares even with a magnified work light. Many of the diamonds are stuck together in a lot of the colors. This is not static cling, but they are stuck together and most cannot be broken apart. I also found several bags with randomly mixed colors of diamonds. No word back from the seller as of yet.
