Okay ladies I have tried many yoga pants. Therefore I assume that I have some kind of experience in these. I go between weights depending on the day. So I have to say these with the tummy control are awesome. I call them my Cadilliac of Yoga pants. I also have had to have at early age a hysterectomy therfore I am hot all the time. That being said these do not make me hot. They are made of material that is the best I have found. I also would comment on the quality of the stitching it is a-1 quality.
