Quality supplement

I trust the Natures Answer brand. I have purchased and used many of thier products in the past and will continue to do so. I believe in supplementing with herbs and tinctures are an excellent way to boost your health. This particular one with zinc, elderberry and many other immunity boosting herbs is tasty and potent. The ginger is great for digestion and good health begins in the gut!  Sometimes zinc can cause an upset stomach, but I did not have a problem with this concoction. I appreciate it so much that it is in a glass bottle. The recommended dosage is 25 drops, which is one full dropper. If sensitive or new to tinctures it is advised to split the dose throughout the day. I have a shot glass just for my tinctures and sometimes I will break the dose up as I feel my body signals. I encourage any one reading this to supplement with zinc, D3 and C at the bare minimum.
