I think the key to this pillow is the filling is BRAND NEW, not recycled, and not overly processed or oddly shaped, each piece is the same shape, therefor you get a very EVEN feel the full length of the pillow.....no lumpy spots, no hard spots, no voids, just a terrific pillow and I highly recommend it.
