I suffer from migraines and this is absolutely amazing. I'm still able to enclose my whole face to keep it dark and still be able to breathe. I also used this to heat up to help with a sinus infection. It helped drain out of my face with it warm. This works really well. It's not very flattering looking but definitely does its job.
