Greatest Kitchen Scissors, ever.

Chef Jacques has designed the best pair of Kitchen Scissors I've ever used. They are light, & comfortable to grip, no slip, smooth & SHARP!  Has an ambidextrous handle, so it's made for right & left handed folks.

I haven't used these Scissors to cut up any bones, yet, as I buy most of my meat de-boned already. But when Thanksgiving comes around in November, I know these will be the Scissors I've always been missing!! I can't wait to use these on the Turkey!!

I have used these to cut the fat off of  chicken breast, & roast, & they are as EXCELLENT as I expected. The blades slice right through with no hesitation. Basically no effort needed. If you have bad wrists like I do, you'll really enjoy the ease of using these.

A few people have been griping in the reviews over the fact that these scissors do not come apart- Personally, I love that they don't come apart as they feel way more sturdy that way, & the risk of an accident is significantly decreased.
I've had the type of kitchen shears that do come apart, & only held in place by a single screw that can loosen during use, causing you to slip & hurt yourself. The screws always seemed to rust & eventually break. Terrible.

I love the convenience of these- they help me out in the kitchen often. The ease of cutting through meats, veggies, plastic wrappers, etc., has saved me a lot of time.

The scissors come with a slip-on cover to keep the blades (& you) protected. Just slip the cover on, & throw in the silverware drawer!

These Kitchen Scissors are TOP quality, & I highly recommend to any home chef. Would also make a great gift for a friend or family member.
