I was supposed to receive this 2 day delivery on 4/27/2018. Received a message that my shipment was delayed by USPS and that I should get it the next day. On Monday 4/30 it still says package on the way but yet the tracking clearly states the label was createsbut the package wasn't given to USPS. So no there isn't a delay with USPS...the seller never shipped the item!
