I do not wamt to go into to much detail seeimg how this is a mestural cup but I will give it a go.   It actuslly does not leak. I wore liners just in case and never had any leakage.  It was easy to insert and comfortable to wear. I thought it would be uncomfortable but it was not even noticable. The cup was very easy to remove and clean. I thought I would have spilled it every where and it would look like a crime scence, but it did not happen. Lastly it was very east to clean and store.
