Well made tutu for a young girl in love with dress up! It does run a tad small so it won't fit an older child well. It was a bit snug for my daughter who is seven but in a size 8-9. She can wear it but it irritated her waist so she decided to gift it to her 5 year old cousin and it fits her perfectly!!
I would also recommend this as a fun way to get little ones excited about St. Patrick's day. It's a really cute way for them to participate in the festivities.
