I had gotten a bad infection in my spine and I needed to work on physical therapy to learn to walk again.  I bought these and put them around my ankles and started to build my leg muscles up again !  I used them to help my workouts to be a bit more intense to heal faster. ! They are very easy to use, just wrap around ankles or wrists and the velcro keeps them in place ! I definetly recommed !
