I bought this for my son to help work out his eeak hand muscles and it seems to be of great quality. It provides a lot of workout through resistance of the band when bending it forces the hand to work against its pushback. I think rhis is perfect for him to gain much needed hand muscle and strength, glad I made this purchase.
