I clean the section on my on my area that I going to mount on my dash with rubbing alcohol wait 5 minutes for it to dry and mount the Phone Holder.
It comes with 4 metal stickies you put on the back of your phone case and you can attach it to the magnetic piece while mounted to your dash.
I like it because it can be used handfree and works great as gps when driving.
It comes in 6 different colors, I chose black as it's a universal color,
I wish it came with another 3M Dash Mount pad.
