For under $15 this lighted magnifying glass by H+Lux is of good quality for the price point.
I like that it is dimmable and uses LED lighting which is easier on my aging eyes. This does use 3 AAA batteries not included in this package. It does have a 2x magnifying glass and I like how convenient that I can keep it in my purse and use it when I go to a restaurant with low lighting so that I can actually read the menu instead of asking for help.
