No instructions included with this watch and when I contacted the seller they sent me a pdf for a different watch. When I contacted them again I invluded picture attachments of the one I got and the sent another pdf but still the instructions picture a different watch anf the instructions are quite vague. Unfortunately I can not recomend buying this watch after my experience.
