The lamp wasn't new

The lamp worked ok although there were a few things that bothered me and I had to sent back
1) it has already been used (the scratches and worh out bottom made this impression). But because I got it with a discount, I decided to give it a shot 

2) it took longer than 90 sec to cure each coat -a base/gel nail polish/top coat

3) automatic sensor didn't shut off the lamp when I pulled my nails off it so the lamp kept working. It happend once but still. I used it also only once. 

So after this experience I chose to send it back.
