I love this product because it is multi use!! I like to use the bouncy ball as a chair rather than a stiff computer chair. I have back problems and this really helps with my posture.
Exercise wise there are multiple things you could do with it and i am just totally enjoying this gym at home!! Perfect way to tone up especially during quarantine!!
