I LOVE these exercise bands. They are very very well made. I have owned others like it but they were made cheaply. These are wonderful for toning. I prefer the blue one at this time. I like the bag they come in and the ankle straps are a huge plus. I have attached these bands to my bedroom door and I am noticing my body starting to change, more tone already!
