Poor workmanship

Very disappointed with the whole set. I have purchased 3 other sets from the same retailer and they seemed fine with and exception of 1,2 small stones being off set but it wasn't really noticeable. This set however takes the cake. All 4 pieces had some defects that were very much noticeable. 

I got the blue set with size 8 ring. First of all ring feels smaller than size 8. Stones looked too plasticky with uneven polished surface and each of the sets had stones that were not set in right 

 am so upset since I wanted to give them to my mother and I had told her about it and even showed pictures :/
