Comforting

Some days I get really bad headaches that lead to migraines if I don't do something to prevent it. This 2 pack of eye mask compresses really come in handy when I feel one coming on. I pop it in the microwave for less than a minute, make sure the temperature isn't too hot for my eyes, then lay back and let it do its work. The insides are made with flaxseed and cassiae, both meant to hold the heat and distribute it evenly. It also adds moisture as it soothes, making your eyes feel fresher and more relaxed, as well as look better after using it for awhile. I typically will use mine about 15-20 minutes before I notice the heat going away and feel it isn't really helping any more. The directions say to use it for about 30 minutes, though, but that seems too long in my opinion. Regardless the heat is nice, especially when my eyes feel fatigued or I have a headache coming on. Be sure you don't microwave more than 60 seconds, though, or you could burn the inside contents and render it useless. I have done that before with other similar products. Great product for headache and migraine sufferers.
