Your Superfoods Organic Smoothie

My children and I try to have smoothies as much as we can so we can get some vital vitamins into our systems but I feel like this alone isn't enough so when I found this mix I definitely wanted to try. What really got my attention about this mix was ingredients.

I heard a lot about Chia seeds, acai berries and maca powder but have never tried any before so I was glad when I seen that these three things were in this smoothie mix. Along with these three items, there is also Maqui, Acerola and blueberry powder inside of this smoothie mix. One of the main things that really stand out for me when it comes to this smoothie mix is the fact that all of these ingredients are organic, gluten-free, dairy free and soy free with no additives, sweeteners, fillers, preservatives or anything artificial. As a parent of two teenagers who were also drinking the smoothie mix, it's nice to know that what I am giving my children is good for them and safe for them to drink this smoothie mix doesn't have a strong flavor to it. When I put it into our smoothie, the only thing I pasted was the smoothie. I also added a teaspoon of this smoothie mix to a bottle of my yogurt smoothie that I drink. The yogurt smoothie that I drink is piña colada flavored so the color is white. When I added this speaks to my yogurt smoothie, it did turn my yogurt to a light shade of purple and asked for the taste of my yogurt smoothie, I could taste the smoothie mix a little but it wasn't a strong taste. If anything, it blended well with the piña colada flavor and it made my yogurt smoothie taste a little better.

On the back of the container, the company gives you ideas on what you can add this smoothie mix to. Along with smoothies, they suggest that you can add this mix to your breakfast or snacks. Also, on the back of the container, the company offers a website that you could go to download a free superfood recipe e-book. I went on to this website to see exactly what the recipes they might have for me to add this smoothie mix to. Some of the ideas that they give would be other kinds of smoothies, smoothie bowls, ice cream, yogurt, oatmeal, bliss balls, raw cookies, raw cakes, salads, dips and something called smoothie shots. Along with forever beautiful smoothie mix that I got, the company offers about five other mixes which are all used for different things.

Overall, I really like the mix that I got and I can't wait to add this mix to other things that I eat. I like this mix so much that I plan on telling my other family members about this smoothie mix, how great it really is and encourage them to buy some for themselves.
