I really am loving this collagen hair powder I think it has worked amazing for my hair. I had some areas where I am actually having baby hair grow now in place of was once thinning really bad. I have also noticed my hair texture and how soft and less frizzy it is. It's very soft and my nails seem to be a bit stronger too. I started out taking it once a day with a glass of 8 oz water but then I just added a squirt of water enhancer to make it have a little flavor.
