Functional if you have the right electronics

I am sure that I have mentioned before in my posts that my spouse is a gamer. Well, he doesn’t play on just one game system either. He plays console games, pc games, and switch games at the moment although he plays console games the least and pc games the most. When we travel, there is a plethora of charging cords that he wants to bring with us and it always creates a hassle when they get tangled in the suitcase or put in the wrong pocket and misplaced. This product arrived on time and the packaging was undamaged. The product was also undamaged, but much flimsier than I would have hoped as it is made out of a material that is oddly reminiscent of the lunch bag I used when I was working in retail.

This product is about the size of a large lunchbox and has two compartments. In one compartment, there is a zipper pouch and an open pouch with a velcro buckle. In the other compartment, there are a series of small cord holders and a small zipper pouch. Both pouches zipper shut. The product is a plain black color with the manufacturer name on the top. It is a decent size to tuck into a standard suitcase or even a duffle bag, so that is not an issue. The small cord holders are a good size for a usb charger, headphones, and similar products. The large pouch with the Velcro buckle could fit most standard laptop chargers but probably not large ones. The large zipper pouch can hold some tablets – under 8 inches according to the advertisement. My 9 inch screen tablet did not fit, but barely, so that seems accurate and my original Kindle Fire with a 7 inch screen fit fine.

Overall, I would rate this product with a 3 out of 5 stars for short term use. It has a decent number of pockets for cords, but as an electronics travel bag, more zipped pockets instead of just bands to hold the cords in place would have been nice. Also, the product lost a star because the material that this case is made of is rather flimsy. It is basically a lunch bag that they added pockets too and I am not sure how well it would hold up to frequent travel. If you only travel occasionally and none of your electronics cords are abnormally large, this should be a suitable product however. Overall, I would recommed it for people traveling with a handheld console charge or two, standard laptop charges, phone chargers, and the like. However, I would not recommend it to people with gaming laptops that have abnormally large charges (much like one of my spouse’s former laptops).
