Irregular

I love these type of balloons. Which is why I purchase them. But the problem I have with these balloons are that they are very well made. They seem to be like the rejects of a group of balloons. They're very thin easy to pop. And for what therefore they they should be thicker. The Rubberband is off-centered when you blow on my. So it's hard to get a good bounce off of them. The good thing is they have nice colors. It comes with a nice little air pump. And I think that's about it. I don't know that I would spend $10.98 for it though maybe two or three dollars
