I'm not big on putting up decorations so I figured this shouldn't be to bad. Filling the bottom with water was my only real issue. I did my best but the faucet doesn't just come in a down stream. Other than that it blew up really fast. I couldn't seem to get enough air to the top where the hat is but still turned out really nice and now my house doesn't look like a bunch or grinches live here. I had a picture but it won't upload.
