tired of no wifi in my room

I don't live in a huge house by any means, but the router is in my son's room as he needs the direct wired contact and since that has the ports for ethernet cords, makes it need to be in his room.  My room is at the other end of the house and I use my tablet a lot for watching Netflix and Hulu and was constantly dropping signal.  Now, I have perfect signal and am no longer buffering when watching my shows.

I will admit that this was a pain to set up which is why it lost a star.  The directions it came with were not totally clear so had to get my son out and he managed to figure it out for me and get me up and running.
