So relaxing!

I didn't pick up this package of eye masks for anti-aging purposes, but it can be used for that. I got the package of 16 eye masks to use when my eyes are tired, sore, or when I have headaches or migraines. I don't get as many migraines as I used to, but I still get stress headaches or have headaches when I can't sleep good. Heat therapy is such a relieving, comforting feeling when your eyes are tired or hurt. I was not sure what to think of these when I pulled them from the package. I wasn't sure of the design and make, and had no clue how it was supposed to produce moist heat. The little ear loops that you pull back stretch pretty far and have yet to break on me. The mask covers the full area around my eyes easily. You place the colored fabric side down on your eyes and pull the loops back over your ears to secure, and somehow the magic happens and the eye pads start heating up. I am not sure what chemical reaction is taking place inside the eye pads, but it feels great. It is not too hot, doesn't burn, but is warm enough to give comfort and soothe tired eyes. I used one after a good cry one night and it was the perfect way to soothe my tear swollen eyes and remove the redness. I love these eye pads now and foresee future purchases! If you suffer from migraines,h eadaches, dry eyes , allergies, dark circles, or puffy and itchy eyes, this package is a must have for quick relief.
