This is a good gaged for people thatr just want follow their activity, is a slight whatch, easy to configure and really intuitive. Personally I recommend this watch just for tracking your phisycal activity. If you are looking for more advance characteristics maybe is not for you but if you want to track your workouts and daily activities this si for you. I'm using it with my iPhone and is compatible.
