This works really well at my desk at work. It has magnet back so it sticks to my metal desk. Writing on it is easy with the included utensil. My favorite feature is the writing lock. The button on the front allows you to clear the board if the lock is off. There is a lock on the bottom of the board that if locked stops the writing from being erased. My daughter wanted to keep it but I could use it more at work for notes.
