It fits both mine and my husband's hand. I have complete silicon mitt which I use regularly but They are not very comfortable to use. So I bought this as an alternative to it. They fit well, come up high enough to be protective, look attractive and are flexible enough but adequately heat-resistant. Fully lined with quilted fabric. They also have silicon strips to give a nice grip as a holder. We are happy with them.
