It is a battery operated hover ball. You twist the locks and they open a battery compartment. Takes 4 AA batteries. (Not included) Flip the power switch set it down on a flat surface and let the fun begin. It plays a loud song as it floats in any direction with the simplest touch while the ligts that are flashing change colors. The outside edge is a foam rim so any impact is harmless. It bounces in the other direction.  #Rankboostereview #Sponsored #MICKYU  https://www.amazon.com/MICKYU-Amazing-Floating-Training-Football/dp/B0745CTJSJ
