Not what I ordered

I order these earbuds and the first time receive a piece of body jewelry. A belly ring or something. So I contact the seller who was very nice and needed pictures of the item. Yet there is no way to send a seller pictures through Amazon. Finally a few weeks later after not hearing anything I contact them again this time sending the item number off the package. He assures me they will fix it and needed to contact the dist. 5 days later I receive the earbuds and they are nothing like what I ordered. Communication gap maybe? Check out the posted picture versus the ad picture. Not even close. Very disappointed. All of this took almost 8 wks. And in my eyes is still not solved. By the way the earbuds they sent sound horrible. This is my first 'F' grade and I hate to give it but I'm an honest reviewer and will raise the score if they fix it.
