When I received my mount I did not know how to open the clamp at first. It tooko me about 3 minutes to find a place near my laptop stand to mount and attach the tablet/cellphone mount which was very simple to setup. I use it to hold my phone while I play rapid tap cellphone games. I also like to use it for holding my tablet while reading free ebooks from amazon.com. This mount is a win win. Plus with my erbs palsy its hard to hold my right hand in one position for a lengthy time to read the ebooks and play the games.
This mount just makes it a lot easier.
