I purchased these for my husband who is disabled. He needs these as he has a hard time balancing when he walks. While these are "trekking poles" they're great for every day use as well. My husband uses them to keep himself balanced without falling. We love that they're compact and easy to store. They're easy to travel with and are easy to readjust back into their walking position. We highly recommend these to anyone who could use them.
