What I love...Hands free! Soft padding for the neck. Long enough to not make my eyes hurt. Unique and just what I had been looking for.
What i dislike...it is a bit bulkier than I would have liked. Honestly, it can be hard to find a place to store. And, it's sort of hard to bend into the right position so i don't like folding it up.
