It's a good hammock for its price, I didn't expect anythinhg "over the top". I have a hammock stand but it's a bigger size so we'll probably gonna use it in our woods so be closer to nature.
It definetely holds me 155 lb, but my hubby 330 lb doesn't risk to try it.
