Bought these as I am ASD and always thumble with my hands in a public place as I just feel completely awkward, then I feel awkward that I'm thumbling with my fingers making my anxiety twice as bad. Now I take these and I just press them under the table, in my pockets, etc, they have definitely helped immensely with my anxiety whilst in a public place.
They have a clip on which you can attach to your handbag, keys, belt loops, etc. Well made they look and feel like they will last.
