So I have never used a grill mat before... and let me tell you I have been making everything so much harder for myself! I love the fact that i can cut these to fit my cookie sheets/various baking pans. I’ve used them to cook pork chops, steak, and burgers on the grill. The mats came clean and looked as if they were new still.
