The shipping took awhile but it was expected and arrived before estimated day of arrival.
Once it got here we used it. The handles kept coming off the rope which was frustrating. The counter was not even close to accurate. The rope itself is a nice jumping rope. However for the price of 9.99 I would not purchase this again.
